Many doctors don't recommend drink a lot of alcohol, the most dangerous low-alcohol drinks and cocktails. From the excessive use of alcohol suffers not only a liver, but also all organism including a skin. The microelements are no longer supplied to the skin in the required amount.

Excessive intake of alcohol not only increases the loss of water in the body, but also increases the loss of skin moisture. Therefore, it will lead to keratinization of peeling. The wine produces fine wrinkles and blemishes, and the wine is negatively affected by liver formation, reducing the rate of detoxification of toxic substances. Therefore, overeating will dramatically reduce the synthesis of glutamine-based sulfur, which is resistant to UV rays and prevents skin damage, leading to the formation of fine wrinkles and blemishes. In addition, it also hinders blood circulation, slows the rate of skin regeneration, and causes swelling of the eyes or face.

Alcohol is toxin which is a poison that you are inviting into your body, it will then effect every area it has exposure to.  When you drink it makes you thirsty and dehydrated, it does the same to your skin.

the main problem is that alcohol is a dehydrant.  to put it very simply, alcohol makes you pee, which makes your body lose water too quickly, which dries everything--including your skin, out, which in the long run can aggravate dark circles, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, etc.  always hydrate as much as you can the morning after a night of heavy drinking by drinking water or juice!  (good to know-- most symptoms of hangovers, like headache, fatigue, and dizziness, are caused by dehydration.  so keep hydrated for not just your skin but to avoid those horrible hangovers as well!)

Studies have shown that drinking moderate amounts of alcohol can help reduce cholesterol. Unfortunately, excessive alcohol is bad news for your health and especially your skin. It can deplete the levels of vitamins in your body especially vitamin A which is an excellent antioxidant. It also causes dilation of the blood vessells in the skin causing the drinker to have a permanent flush and aggravates acne problems.

Hope this helps.
